Wonderful people doing great work at a fair price. Excellent communication and service! Highly recommend them to all Realtors that want top notch performance on their listings. Also, great to come clean up a list of repairs for the buyers.
I contracted Punch List Pros to replace several panels of water damaged drywall from Helene. Initially, they only replaced a portion of the water damaged drywall. They had already taped over several of the damaged spots, so obviously weren’t planning on replacing them. I followed up with Chris and he said they would replace the additional damaged area, but that’s where the problems began. They kept pushing out my work, and finally when they finished, I was completely alarmed at the mess they left. The drywall seams are blatantly obvious, they broke my light when removing it from the ceiling and I had to reinstall it myself, they damaged the trim around my garage attic and did not replace it, they spilled paint on the floor and left the entire garage covered in dust. They did refund my money, but I am going to have to start the process over again with a different contractor. Hopefully this was a one time scenario on their part as their other reviews are so positive…
Punchlist Pros undertook two jobs no one else would take on: my sink had separated from the countertop & needed to be reattached and rerouting my over the range microwave vent fan exhaust to outdoors. Justin did a great job on both projects! I will call Punchlist Pros the next time I need professional help. They provided results, not excuses why they couldn’t do the work

Since October 10th, I have been waiting for them to assemble a bed. On the 10th I was told they ordered the part for $8 and would return on the 14th to complete the assemble. Since then, week after week I'm met with delays and excuses. I text both Richard and Justin to arrange assemble. They tell me they will come but the day they are scheduled to arrive I do not get a response to my messages. I'm tired of waiting and I've already paid for the service. Just wanted to warn others to just find a dependable independent contractor. These guys waste your time.
