Dr. Gonzales is INCREDIBLE!! He has helped my husband and I and pain we were experiencing and it is life changing! I highly recommend coming to his office for any back or neck pain - you will feel the difference!!
Recommended to Dr. Gonzalez by another chiropractor hearing he was a wonderful provider, but upon speaking on the phone with the rudest gal I have encountered in a very long time, I will opt to go somewhere else. Dr. Gonzalez, she isn't doing your practice any favors. Kindness goes a long way.
My neurologist said I needed traction. So Dr Gonzalez put me on a machine which I found out later was called spinal decompression. Which is not the same. My insurance didn’t cover it. End up paying almost $200 every visit. I can’t afford that. And they act like it’s no big deal because they’re not paying it. That comes to about $2000 a month if I go twice a week. I found a different chiropractor who does have a traction machine and doesn’t charge me an arm and leg. Dr Gonzalez is great but the lady in front who takes the payment is very apathetic and condescending. And the techs are also very aloof. I won’t be back. Such a shame since he’s a good doc. Update another office in Naples called “feel amazing” said that traction IS COVERED! Now I’m saving hundreds of dollars. Stop lying to your patients.
Dr. Gonzalez is the best of the best! I've been to several Chiropractors while living in different parts of the country and none compare to him! I always make it a point to see him when back visiting Naples.
There is not a better chiropractor out there. Every time I'm in there I am baffled by the sheer number of patients that are on their last appointment and so appreciative of their level of care they have received on their healing journey. Dr. Gonzalez is incredibly personable and seems passionate about what he does. He spends a TON of time with each patient, coming up with the best treatment plan. I've heard him say "failure is not an option" and I believe him. The office staff and medical assistants/therapists are each fantastic! They are so kind, and pay incredible attention to detail, pausing and asking for clarification if there is even a shadow of a doubt before completing a treatment. They are a succinct chiropractic powerhouse and it honestly makes my day a little bit brighter seeing them (even though I can't wait to be healed)!
