I am one of the most fussy people when it comes to dinning out. Living in Melbourne we are spoilt for choice, however this is one of the best restaurants I have been to in a while. The food was quality and well portioned. So tasty. The helpful and friendly service made the whole dinning experience a joy. Please anyone planning a trip to Bendigo this Restaurant is a must visit. It also has an amazing wine bar downstairs in the vaults and 10 beautifully appointed rooms to stay in. Thanks for making our girls weekend lunch a memorable one
We had the best time celebrating anniversary in here. The food was absolutely spot on, and we had a lot of it. The dining room is stunning, gracefully designed to feel grand yet intimate. Food first, the presentation was a little busy and there were too many competing flavours that didn't quite complement eachother. Flavours were good, though maybe a little too gentle for the duck and its condiments. Top service with attentive staff, nice lighting and atmosphere, and spacious seating.
Went here after a disappointing experience at a different restaurant. It completely changed the tone of our evening. Lovely staff and delicious cocktails! Chicken skin was addictive and cheesecake is on point. Very curious what dinner is gonna be like. adding from 24.05.26 - Had lunch with my sister and it did not disappoint. The steak was flavourful, cooked evenly and was textbook medium. Fish was flaky and had a well-balanced flavour profile. Had mocktails and they were tasty so went there the next day for cocktails with friends. We really like the feel of the place, it’s such a vibe.
One of the best experiences I have ever had! I booked a table for 2 as it was my fiancé’s birthday. I remember leaving a note saying it’s his birthday. Keep this is mind. We were greeted very warmly and seated quick. The staff didn’t bother us about ordering, and gave us adequate time to decide. When we were waiting for our food, a lovely gentleman came and offered us a complimentary drink and wished my fiancé. We were so pleased and shocked at the same time. The food was glorious! The chef is amazing there and nothing was too overpowering. We had the beef which was THE BEST meal I’ve ever had. WOW! We were pretty full and decided it was time to leave. But, the staff came out with dessert (again on the house) with a candle on it. My fiancé and I were floored. It’s the level of detail the staff put into it that impressed me. We weren’t expecting anything at all. Thank YOU for such a wonderful experience! This is one of our core memories. We look forward to coming back again. Thank you for making us smile!
