Exceptional Service – Darren is a True Professional ​I cannot recommend Darren at Chandler Roofing highly enough. From the start, he went above and beyond by reviewing a competitor's quote and pointing out genuine areas of concern. He wasn’t just trying to make a sale; he wanted to ensure I was protected. Darren provided a detailed quote in person and brought material samples so I knew exactly what I was getting. ​Communication during the install was world-class. I received photos and videos of the progress and the impressive measures the crew took to protect my property. Any plan changes were communicated immediately, so there were zero surprises. Darren is personable, professional, and clearly cares more about the client than the bottom line. I’m keeping his info on hand to refer to all my friends and neighbors!

Chandler Roofing did an excellent job in replacing our roofing, as well as the soffit and fascia. Previously, our roofing and sidings were quite dilapidated, falling apart. Chandler replaced the above quickly and professionally. Chandler contractor Darren was very detailed and upfront on replacing issues, and was effective in working with us and the insurance company. Chandler roofing crew were professional, diligent, and courteous. The crew went the extra mile in quality work and care, especially when working around the front yard cacti. My wife and I are grateful for the great work Chandler Roofing did, we feel we made a wise investment in this project. Pictures attached are a sample of the work Chandler Roofing did. House in-corner previously was old wood, falling apart. Chandler replaced roofing tiles with top of the line shingles; the soffit replaced with cement boarding with ventilation, fitted properly and held firmly. We had a great experience with Chandler on a roof replacement and new gutters. James Wilkinson was very responsive to all inquiries and facilitated getting the job done quickly. The house was under contract to sell and we needed a fast turnaround. James worked directly with the insurance adjuster and the job was done within a week of his first inspection. I’ve used Chandler previously but this last experience made them my “go to” roofing company in the future.

I’ve learned it’s not always about what someone finds, but how they handle what they don’t. When Bill with Chandler Roofing came out to inspect my roof, they were on time (often rare these days), professional, and thorough. After a inspection, they told me my roof was in excellent condition.... and that was IT. Bill was sure to point out a few small maintenence items to keep my home protected in the meantime. No pressure, no upsell, no trying to turn it into something more. Just honesty. That kind of integrity is hard to find, leaving me with peace of mind. When the time comes for replacement... because it will eventually, Chandler Roofing will be the company I call!
