Augustine from Houston Roofing Experts, from the beginning of asking a quote was responsive and had a video call where he explained the procedure and different options. With weather prohibiting when we originally planned to do the installation, their office communicated well about pushing back the date and when they would have a window. The crew arrived early and got to work immediately. We had an issue where some of our patio furniture went uncovered, but when the issue was brought to Augustine's attention he did everything he could to remedy the situation. The clean up was very thorough and there was no debris left after the installation was done. I highly recommend this company for service and value based on other quotes I received as well.

Augustin and his team are amazing! I had procrastinated my roof-care for years, and he walked me through every nook and cranny after the inspection, explained everything in detail, went over the process, my options, every line item of each quote. I felt a loooot more informed going into the project, like Roofing 101. The price was very reasonable and the work was top notch! I would definitely reach out again for any roof needs, and for sure recommend to anyone needing roof help!

I called Houston Roofing Experts as my previous roofing contractor couldn’t get the job done and left my new addition uncovered right before a rain storm. Agustin worked fast and had a crew come the next day to weather seal the decking with ice and water shield just in time to protect everything from the rain, and the metal roof went on just 1 week after I was quoted. The communication was excellent and they came on time and did the job exactly as they said they would for a fair price. I wish all contractors were as good as Agustin and his crew!

They quickly identified and addressed my roof issues. One of the only Houston roofers that had the ladders needed to work on my steep 3 story house (due to vaulted ceilings, closer to a 4 story).
