I am a female living alone and I have a disability so getting tradespeople to do jobs can be stressful. Tyne Roofing made it a breeze. Ged and Connor completed the work to a very high standard and were polite and friendly. Ged was communicative and willing to give an approximate quote via photos and video of the issue. The lads were happy to book the job in at a time that suited me - and turned up when they said they would. They respected my property and I felt that the advice they gave, and the price that they charged, was fair and honest. They explained things in terms I understood, without being patronising, and were happy to check the ceiling in my kitchen when I asked whether the outside damage would have caused problems on the inside. I would happily recommend them to others, including any customers that are nervous about having people working on their home or may feel that they need the work explained to them.

I am very impressed with the work completed by Tyne Roofing at my property today. They were not employed directly by me but by a company who recently installed solar panels on my roof and that of my neighbour. Some damage to the roof slates occurred during the erection and dismantling of the scaffolding needed for the installation. Tyne Roofing carried out the work this morning and it was completed quickly, efficiently and to a very acceptable standard. If I need a roofer myself in the future I will have no hesitation in employing them. Jed’s contact details are already in my phone.

I needed a downpipe repair quite quickly, just a very small job and every person I contacted made an excuse not to do the job, if they even answered their phone. Ged at Tyne Roofing was great. I explained that it was a very small quick job and he said "No bother". He arrived within 2 hours, he was friendly, polite, knew exactly what the problem was and did the job for a very fair price. I can highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Ged.

Fantastic experience and service from start to finish. Needed my cast iron guttering replaced on my new house. Came out for a quote next day, really nice guys. Great communication via text and calls letting me know when they would be round. Quote was very good and came back to do the work the next week. Work was brilliant and very happy with my new guttering, all done in half a day. Getting them back out for another Job. Cheers Ged and the team.
