I've booked several trips and packages with Schema Vacanze...and honestly, I've always been super satisfied and have never had any problems or anything else....They are super kind and professional and always know how to recommend the right thing or the best excursion....but the incredible thing is that they also follow you during the trip in terms of assistance and customer care! The owner, Daniele Coppola, and his staff are truly professional, available 24/7 to ensure they resolve any issues that arise, especially in the summer. The most recent one was two weeks ago, when an evening flight to Ibiza was cancelled an hour before departure. Daniele was able to quickly reschedule the flight, finding a place 36 hours later and also making up for the two lost nights.
