I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Anthony from Comfort Air for the fantastic service he provided at our home today, April 13, 2026. ​Anthony was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough throughout the entire visit. It’s not always easy to find technicians who are both knowledgeable and respectful of your home, but Anthony hit both marks. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. ​If you’re looking for reliable HVAC service, I highly recommend requesting Anthony at Comfort Air. Great experience all around!

I appreciate the insight on things that should be cleaned/maintained. The last 7 visits, the technicians didn’t check my air handler fan and Nathan Martinez did today. My blades were CAKED with debris and it was more than would have accumulated in the three years we’ve owned this house. He found it and asked if we would like to pay for the cleaning, and I can feel my kitchen sink cabinet vent bowing from half way across my kitchen for the first time ever. I wish the suggestions were labeled as such like the air scrubber and other suggestions, but up-sales are part of their job, and even though we did research on what we were getting vs the age of our system I appreciate hard this guy worked for us. I didn’t realize how much black gunk was being blown through our ducts. Thank you Nathan!!!

I’m so glad I found Carolina Comfort Air when it was time for me to purchase a new furnace in January 2026. And I just had my first summer Maintenance service and was pleased with all communication by Thomas my technician and the office. The entire process was Customer focused as it was in January for purchase and installation. It is a well run company who has embraced technology. Not only do I receive a call when the tech is on the way to my home - - But I am also provided a link so that I can track him from the time I receive the notice and he arrives at my door.

I had an outstanding experience with Carolina Comfort Air during my HVAC installation. The installation crew — Sal V., Jon H., and Mateo V. — was excellent. They arrived on time, were organized, professional, respectful of my home, and completed the work with great attention to quality. Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish, and the team took the time to make sure the installation was done properly. I especially appreciate having the new system installed before the full Carolina summer heat — it gives me a lot of peace of mind. I truly appreciated their professionalism, communication, and care throughout the process. I am a very satisfied customer and would gladly recommend Carolina Comfort Air and this installation crew.

Jose Sanchez was able to come out too view the old split unit, determine the best replacement product, and develop the bid on the spot without delay. He checked with management to confirm our eligibility for the price reduction and for the coupon available. He scheduled the job for only 2 days later, as well, and came by after the work was complete to assure that the job was well completed in all respects. Moises and Jose B performed the instillation, showing respect for our property, removing all of the empty boxes and other remnants. Their work was neat and completed on time. Instructions for operating the new unit were thorough, and our questions were encouraged snd answered clearly. I thoroughly recommend these men and will not hesitate to use them next time we are in need of related serviced.
