If you are looking for a special spot to enjoy the “good life,” we would highly recommend the Bonita Springs Beach and Tennis Club. You can’t beat the location. We loved being able to walk to the beach and our favorite local restaurants Doc’s and Coconut Jacks. Probably our favorite thing to do was to go down to the beach and watch the sunset over the golf. The traffic was not as bad as anticipated. Bonita Beach Road provided easy access for day trips to visit our friends up and down the coast and take in the sights on Sanibel Island and in Naples. While we are not tennis or paddle ball players, it was fun to watch all the activity. We were only staying a few weeks so dined out a lot. The Café was our very spot for a homecooked breakfast. Loved the Acai bowl. The staff and fellow “guests” could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Truly it was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palm Terrace. The Apartment was VERY clean! Everything was in great condition, comfortable and perfect little family getaway. Even though we did not enjoy the pool area, it looked great and also well maintained. The towels were nice and big and clean (usually these places have small rough towels). The beds were comfortable. I guess if I had to make a comment, I do think the master suite should have a King size bed and not queen, but thats just a simple thing. We cannot wait to go back!

We stayed at the Main House at Palm Terrace in March of 2020 and we have a wonderful experience! The house was perfect for our family and it was very convenient to have easy access to both the pool AND the beach!! The grills on-site were perfect for preparing dinner and the tiki hut was fun for evening happy hour! The house was clean and well-stocked and certainly met all of our needs. The Palm Terrace provides all of the amenities of a five-star resort, but the convenience and privacy of your own home! Our family had an incredible visit to Fort Myers Beach and we will definitely be staying at the Palm Terrace again in years to come!! A++ experience! Look no further!!!

The location was great. They had beach carts, coolers and toys available, which made it convenient because we flew with a small child. Other than that, we were frustrated. The bed was very uncomfortable. The pull out couch bed was covered in old food. The drain in the shower was clogged and flooded our entire place. We called several times about getting towels. We were given 2 towels and 2 wash cloths for 5 days. There was never anyone in the office. When we ran out of toilet paper, we were told to go buy more. I would not recommend this place. We could have stayed somewhere and at least gotten fresh towels for less money.

When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. We were looking for a place to stay that was not hotel like and had all the amenities of home. This condo had everything one would need to feel at home. The owners had beach chairs and towels available if we wanted to use them. We really liked the place and would go back. The only complaint that I had was that the carpeting was not clean and the sliding glass doors on both the shower and to the lanai didn't work correctly. If these two problems were fixed it would be a perfect place to stay when we are in Fla.
