This Spa, massage and beauty treatment establishment is THE best in Australia. We are lucky to have one in Bendigo City. I found it by accident a couple of weeks ago....and thank God I did. Teaghan is my DESTRESS therapist and I don't say that lightly. She has magical, gentle (and hard if I request it!) hands. Such a gentle soul and conversation is easy and non invasive. Had a relaxation massage today......and actually fell asleep on the table....lol. Amazing! If you go anywhere else, you will NOT receive the quality of Endota Spa. Highly recommended!!! Five Stars!!! Britt’s massage was excellent. She was warm and professional. Unfortunately, the sales tactics employed by Endota are aggressive. Reception tried to charge me an extra 5% surcharge for booking on a Saturday, and I was not made aware of it at the time when I booked over the phone using my gift voucher. Thankfully they waived the surcharge. Every interaction with Endota’s booking service or electronic forms feels like an annoying marketing research exercise, or data harvesting. It’s invasive and I don’t believe it’s appropriate when the spa charges $160 for a massage. Every conversation I had surrounding the massage was one where an employee was trying to extract money out of me. It was awkward and unpleasant. After my massage I was told to take my time. When the therapist returned quickly, opened the door while I was still getting dressed despite me saying I wasn’t ready- then waited by the door with it open! The rush seemed to be an effort to once again tell me about current promotions. The time at Endota was meant to be a thoughtful gift to relieve some stress. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed and annoyed despite a skilful massage. Endota appears to be another business that puts their hardworking and good hearted employees in a position that requires them to bend over backwards to meet KPI’s at the expense of the service that’s actually paid for.

I had a wonderful Organic Relax Massage at Endota Bendigo, courtesy of my lovely children! Brittany was very respectful and I enjoyed basking in this luxury. Thank you.

We loved our indulgence package of couples massage and facial. The therapists were amazing and very tentative, explaining what our treatments would be beforehand. A wonderful afternoon of pampering!!

I had the best massage I have ever had. The staff there are lovely. I had Tahlia and she was great. I definitely will be going back.
