Dr Markway was super friendly, patient and took her time to explain all the procedures that will be done during the visit. She was gentle and took her time with me during the visit as I experienced my 1st hearing test. I definitely recommend!
The receptionist Karla always creates a welcoming and friendly environment. Dr. Kara is amazing and goes above and beyond to take care of her patients. She truly does everything she can to provide the best care possible. I’m very grateful for their kindness and dedication.
For me when someone receives me with knowledge, empathy and care because they recognize the weight of hearing loss on a day to day bases is priceless. This proved to be a safe space for me as I had the emotional(cried) release during my hearing test on the word portion. Knowing I am about to fail miserably and something I dealt with daily. The doctor was so understanding and gave me time to adjust. Upon picking up my aids, she turned to the wall and spoke to see if I “understood “ not heard but understood what she had just spoken. To have such an impactful disability can be very disheartening at moments but when you find those that understand, you know they are keepers. I highly recommend this practice.
Carla the front office Personnel was super sweet and friendly and made the check in process very easy. Tiffany was super amazing in clearing my ear canals! I absolutely love this office and would recommend everyone to visit for your ear needs! Thanks for helping me to be able to hear again!
Dr. Linard worked with me to solve so many issues with my hearing aids! She took the time to address each issue. Great place to go for hearing aids. Really friendly and professional group. Karla at the front desk is an absolute gem!
