I had a wonderful experience at sports massage & rehab with Jennifer. Her knowledge on treating injuries and strains has always helped me get back on my feet quickly. The new location is very nicely located in central Naples near pine ridge and 41. Jennifer is very skilled and I find to be the best in town for sports massage. 10/10 would recommend.
Damaris gives me the best massages I have ever had, and I’ve had A LOT of massages. For me, she combines deep tissue with assisted stretching and lymphatic drainage. I have a few problem spots and she has helped tremendously. I highly recommend her!
I am very disappointed by the customer service at this place. I travel to Naples frequently and get regular therapy for some injuries. I had made an appointment at this facility And gotten confirmation by both text and email. I showed up 15 minutes early and there was nobody at the desk. I sat there for another 25 minutes. I could hear people laughing and talking in the back of the offices but no one ever came out. Not only was I in need of the therapy that I had gotten an appointment for today, but I also lost time with my family to come sit in a waiting room. Really disappointing. If you're going to have an office and you're going to have staff then they should come and check the desk every once in awhile. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I'm including a photo of the empty reception area.
Visiting from Chicago, wanted to find an experienced therapeutic masseuse to do some deep tissue and fascia work. I found Andrea and needless to say she was excellent. Highly recommend
Andrea B. is fantastic! Highly recommended if you’re looking for someone skilled, professional, and attentive. Andrea took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored the massage to exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back!!
