Horrible and dishonest service. AVOID. Was promised towing service within 60 to 90 minutes. The 90 minutes elapsed, I reached out to the insurance company and was told it would be another two hours by both the insurance company and StarFive. The two hours elapsed. StarFive never reached out. They were aware that the car needed to be to the shop by 5 PM. The insurance company is scheduled another service provided for tomorrow morning. I see from other reviews a similar experience. Again, horrible and dishonest service. Avoid this company.

I had an excellent experience with this towing company from start to finish. Their response time was incredibly fast, and the driver arrived exactly when they said they would. He was professional, friendly, and handled my vehicle with great care, which immediately put me at ease during a stressful situation. What really stood out to me was their customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. If you’re ever in need of reliable, efficient, and trustworthy towing services, I highly recommend this company. Truly a five-star experience!

To be honest, I am not evaluating the service; rather, I am criticizing the poor and dangerous quality of drivers employed by this company. This is the second time I have experienced a negative encounter on the highway with this transportation company. They not only put me and potentially other cars at a high risk of a fatal car accident but also disregarding the driving laws. On my previous encounter, I decided to follow one of these towing trucks and witnessed firsthand how they overtook cars and confronted drivers. This confirmed that my experience was not isolated. I sincerely hope that this company takes action on educating its drivers or, even better, dismiss the unqualified individuals drivers from its workforce. Their actions are affecting to the company’s reputation whatever that reputation is.

This place has zero customer service. I have road side assistance which said that this company would be out within 90 minutes. I sat for over two hours and no one showed. I tried calling the tow company and even texting multiple times. No one answered and no one returned my call or messages. Stay far away!

Mitch was absolutely wonderful in taking care of my bike. The service was prompt. Not bad of a wait, 25 min. I definitely recommend Mitch and the company for all towing needs. Thanks again, Ron M
