The entire team was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Their pricing was exceptionally reasonable, especially considering the quality of the materials and the workmanship. They showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout the project, and made sure every detail was done right. We love the final result. After all the permitting and dealing with HOA’s, the actual SunState Fence part was excellent. Despite an outside fabrication issue beyond their control, they still made everything perfect! Installers were extremely professional, quick, and took special care to make sure no irrigation lines were compromised. We are extremely happy with the results.

Sunstate did an outstanding job installing my fence! I couldn’t be happier with the final result and would highly recommend them to friends and family. Raul and Jonathan provided excellent communication throughout the entire process, making everything smooth and stress-free. Joan and the other installer were friendly, professional, and did great work. Overall, I am extremely pleased with Sunstate’s quality, service, and professionalism!

Extremely Dishonest company with zero costumer service. The operate both as sun state fence and fence dirct. There sales rep in Fort Myers will lie directly to your face. I was told 4 to 6 weeks for installation after signed contract. Then told 6 to 10 week or longer if weather is a issue. I called and a day later my call was returned by Daniel Engelmann-Cotto who must be the owner, sense he said he didn't have a supervisor. He also informed me if I didn't like his terms that he could just change me 15% and cancel my order. So his way or no way. I know 10,000 dollars isn't much for some people but I guess I set the bar to high and expected some for of customer service. Very disappointed and disrespected.

I recently hired Sunstate Fence to install a new fence around my property in an HOA community in Naples. While the process started with some initial communication and staffing challenges, I am pleased to say that the team went above and beyond to ensure a satisfactory resolution. At first, we experienced some delays and miscommunications that were frustrating. However, Joe, Brenda, and Raul stepped in and were instrumental in addressing and resolving these issues. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident, and they kept us informed and reassured throughout the process. Once the communication hurdles were cleared, the permitting approved and the fencing’s materials shipped , the installation staff took over, and I couldn't be happier with their work. The installers were highly skilled and precise, paying close attention to every detail to ensure the fence was perfectly aligned and sturdy. Their professionalism and craftsmanship were impressive. Despite the rocky start, the end result is a beautifully installed fence that meets all my expectations. I appreciate the efforts of Joe, Brenda, and Raul in turning things around and the excellent work of the installation crew. I would recommend Sunstate fence for their commitment to resolving issues and delivering quality work.
