I cannot say enough good things about Swenson and Shelley. They represented me after a devastating accident in May 2024 when a motorcycle traveling at a very high speed missed a hairpin turn, struck my car, and the young rider tragically lost his life. I was not at fault, but the emotional and physical toll on me was overwhelming. As a former home and hospice care worker, I knew immediately how serious the situation was, and the trauma stayed with me. It was just days before Mother’s Day, and my heart was broken for the young man’s mother. I suffered PTSD, a shoulder injury, whiplash, and required ongoing treatment and physical therapy.
