Absolutely love this salon and these ladies! Daniella is my girl and always makes my nails and hands look beautiful every single time. The quality, attention to detail, and care she puts into her work truly stands out. The owner is always so welcoming and kind, and the entire team genuinely makes me feel at home from the moment I walk in. They even ask about my mother, which shows how much they truly care about their clients personally. That kind of warmth and customer service is rare these days. Highly recommend The House of Nails to anyone looking for a relaxing, friendly, and professional experience. I’ll absolutely continue recommending them to my friends and family!

I gave it the last week to see how this would hold up (5 days since services). The technician barely spoke english, which isn't inherently bad, but its the fact of the communication block. She was nice enough, but honestly, by the first half hour of my visit, it seemed like she maybe even was new. I had booked a basicMani Pedi at the last minute because the online portal stated a slot was available within the hour (45 minutes). Instead of walking in and potentially losing that slot, I chose it and went through that booking process. I arrived about 5 minutes early. Online, it states they offer beverages. I did not stop to grab a coffee, or even bring a water due to this - THIS IS NOT THE CASE. Once I realized around the end of my pedicure that I was not going to be offered a drink at all, I asked if they even offered water, to which I was given a little bathroom-sized Dixie cup. Their AC was malfunctioning and it was probably 78-80 degrees in there. They WERE actively getting it fixed, however. When a lady was going around offering samples of some coffee, I was either the only, or one of possibly 2 customers who DID NOT get asked to try it. I thought that was odd. I felt like my appointment was an inconvenience, it even took quite some time even to get me swatches to choose a color. I chose one that apparently doesn't get used often at all, likely beyond its use, and it took absolutely forever to set. I mean I was home and after 4 hours I was still getting nicks and smudges in the paint that should have set long before... This was not aided at ALL by the fact they did not do anything to help set it before I left - I was told I was done and ready to go and to "be careful" with my manicure.... WHAT? I had already before that decided I won't be going back to that establishment, as my being a new customer, I felt like I was treated like an inconvenience most of my visit. I saw a lot of regulars interacting with their technicians, which is usually a great sign! Something that I thought was unprofessional, too, was multiple personal phone calls being had by multiple technicians through my appointment, including my own tech. Not my biggest issue, but still off-putting. One definite bonus which is why I wished this service was better, it didn't smell like the overwhelming chemicals like most places do!! I could breathe! I did enjoy this. However, With doing nothing special with my hands, no cleaning chemicals, no harsh soaking, the paint was cracking only on DAY 4 after getting this mani-pedi (Im writing on day 5, edited 1 week from appointment to add pictures). My cuticles that were cut were actually so harshly done that I got CUT on both thumbs and a few toes during the whole process. My cuticles and skin below the nail started growing back as shredded skin within the first 2 days. Something I noticed yesterday was my feet were so terribly DRY and ashy, this has never been a problem of mine, I have to assume this visit attributed to it. My biggest problem simply lay here: Not noticing an issue with the polish or offering another once it should have been noticed, and sending me out the door with wet polish at all (even though it was clearly just old and needing replacement). All of this together, though, makes me not only want to not come back, but absolutely not recommend this place, either.

After 6 year search I finally get excited to get my nails done! Eve is hand down the BEST!!! She’s so creative, artistic and has suprised me every single time! I just love love her work, and her! Salon is amazing! I dream about their coffee!!

Grette is absolutely amazing! I've had both my hands and feet done by her, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. She is kind, patient, and truly cares about making sure everything is perfect. I always leave feeling pampered, and my manicure and pedicure look beautiful and last so well. It's such a pleasure spending time with her, and her attention to detail really shows in her work. I highly recommend Grette to anyone looking for someone who genuinely loves what they do. I can't wait for my next appointment!
