If I could give negative 4 stars, that would be her earning. Do NOT believe all of these reviews! They're for sure, mostly bogus. Ali, her assistant, IS fantastic.. I feel bad for her ❤️ Eve is a mess and never even was totally aware of what was going on in my case. I Insistently had to push (for MONTHS) that my ex had a pension. She seriously just accepted that he didn't, because of what his attorney responded with. This was only one of at least 20 issues I have with Eve. I walked into mediation without a CLUE as to what was happening. It really felt like she was working with my exes attorney. Eve talked about having chapstick and having a maid clean her house, before it even started. By the end... we were mediating alimony and I was left to fend for myself. I've now had to go back to court, over our divorce settlement. I have an INCREDIBLE attorney now and I do realize, you get what you pay for. DON'T SKIMP. Updated to add: Eve has now sent me files from SOMEONE ELSE'S CASE, MISTAKENLY, AFTER this review... just after a week of me posting this. I've got the emails to prove it. Become a better attorney, Eve.

I’m glad I chose Eve McClurg for my attorney. She has a very straight to the point, no nonsense personality and truly cares about winning your case. I had a very good outcome thanks to her expertise. My only constructive criticism would be if we used Docusign, sending the documents would have been a lot easier. Other than that it was a pleasure to work with both Eve and her secretary Ali, who was very responsive. Hope you have a happy new year and here’s hoping I won’t need an attorney in the future. But if I do I know who I will be contacting. Cheers.

I can’t recommend Eve highly enough, from the beginning, she was very knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely cared about my case. It wasn’t just about the knowledge of the divorce laws in Florida, I think you can get that from any family law attorney, it was the local knowledge of the current situation at the courts and the process that made the extra difference. It allowed me to make informed decisions on what was best for my case.
