First of all, we can't thank Chicago Title Southeast enough for the support during what was an enormously stressful time for us. The process of selling our house wasn’t easy, but once we got in sight of the finish line and partnered with your team we really felt like we had a group of extremely focused and hard working people on our side. Even as deals came up and subsequently fell apart before we found “the one,” we always felt they were there to help and support in any way they could. When “the one” turned out to be an extremely short close we were sure we would need to delay due to all of the details that go into title commitment. We weren’t thrilled at the idea of the delay, to put it mildly. Turns out the Chicago Title SE team is not only great at handling a high stress client but can also work magic and make things happen insanely quickly! No need for delay, we closed on time with an out of town buyer - unreal. We’d be remiss if we didn’t mention Natasha specifically as her willingness to always answer our (many) questions, phone calls, and general moments of panic never seemed to waver! I’ll forever be grateful for her calm in the midst of what could have been chaos. You guys have a forever client in us and anyone we have the chance to refer! Thank you for everything!

Excellent customer service - very responsive, knowledgeable and personable. They made the process of closing on my Small Business Administration (SBA) loan fast and painless. Escrow Agent April Norville was fantastic! The location was also very convenient -- close to downtown without having to pay for parking! I highly recommend Chicago Title Southeast at 2011 Leeland St Suite 102 in Houston Texas.

I had an opportunity to experience the best service that I have ever received as a consumer. JD was outstanding in providing information and resources to help us with our home buying dilemma. JD showed great patience and listened to all of our concerns. He provided us with the best options possible and gave guidance throughout the process. Everyone on the team was willing to help and answer questions and phone calls. This team is awesome!!!
