Trang and Hannah have handled several closings for my clients and I have been very pleased. Even when the deals I bring them are full of issues and non-typical, they have been accommodating and very helpful/communicative through the entire process. As a realtor I hold title companies to a high standard, and I do not hesitate to recommend Excel Title Group - Kirby Escrow to clients and colleagues.
Do not use. I needed a simple gift deed and they stung me on for 11 months. Wouldn't answer phone calls. Wouldn't return voicemail. Wouldn't reply to email after email after email. Constantly received out of office response to emails. I went with another title company and docs were done in 2 weeks. I do not recommend this company.
The best and timely service in town! I have done business with many title companies in the past, ever since I got to know the team at First American Title - The Kirby Group, I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are always accommodating, super responsive in communication, professional and go above and beyond in taking care of the clients for both sides of the transaction. I would highly recommend them.
They stuck with us in a very difficult transaction that lasted almost a year. They were able to make the signing remote so that I didn't have to travel back to Houston for the closing. Very competent and dedicated associates at First American Title.
