Solid, they help me with property, they always answer phone calls and emails, that’s the good thing, i worked with Mr josh and he was really helpful
After a great experience four years ago, they were on the buy and sell of our next transactions. Wow, what four years can do... On the buy side they first said they delivered title commitment, they didn't (they sent all of the +1 optional coverages we can pay additional for, but no title commitment) then sent us one for the wrong property. On the sale side all seemed smooth until closing, when they couldn't key property facts correct (multiple different property descriptions and wrong SSNs) were 25 minutes late to "allow us to go to our signing" (receptionist), topped off by us not receiving funds in the same day because the assistant couldn't figure out how to wire funds, and was somehow unable to pick up a phone and call us. They have no urgency or incentive to improve as they either have enough business and/or don't care to earn repeat business. Too many other companies out there that want your business and do the simple things correctly. And we still don't have our money.
Cailey Stratton provides amazing customer service and was able to accommodate our buyers on a short notice schedule change for closing with a smile and a follow up email confirmation! Thanks so much for taking pride in what you do!

Please stay away from this company. Previous owner presented a fake receipt to them and they didn't verify that the $1700 were paid. Now they are denying the title claim. Go to another title company.
