If I could give Valero Title Company zero stars, I would. I was scheduled to close on 5/3/26, but my realtor informed me there was an issue with the title that required additional time to resolve. What was promised as a one-week delay extended to two weeks, and only after the Owner or Vice President, Josephine, returned from vacation on 5/27/26 did I receive an update stating they cannot insure the title. This has wasted not only my time but also the time of the buyer and seller. Their lack of professionalism has cost everyone involved both time and money. I cannot recommend this company due to their inability to perform accurate title research and their poor communication and courtesy throughout the process. I strongly encourage anyone considering their services to conduct thorough research before entrusting them with your title needs. -Jennifer McGowan

Valero Title is always available to answer my questions and provide excellent support. They offer great events and classes, sharing valuable knowledge with real estate professionals. Their team is friendly, professional, and truly dedicated. Highly recommend!

Instead of a single star, I am giving Valero Title, Inc. two stars. The Houston office would get a 5 star rating, but because the San Antonio office was not honest about the release of earnest money, they are receiving 2 stars. We were to receive our earnest money within 10 business days. The San Antonio team cut the check on March 12, 2026, a day prior to the 10 business day turn-around. However, they didn’t post it until March 26, 2026 and drop it in the mail until March 27, 2026. We received it on March 30, 2026, another 12 business days late. This cannot be blamed on the post office! This was intentionally held later for some reason, most likely a monetary reason. What a shame.

I had a fabulous experience with Valero title company. The staff are extremely kind and professional. My clients are pleased with using Valero title. I will most definitely stay with Valero title for all my future closings .

I’m writing this review two years later because I realize that Valero title is not professional and they have no idea what they’re doing because when I had them assist me in buying my home, not only did they not listen to my instructions about putting only one person on the title and two people on the mortgage they just had to put two people on the mortgage and two people on the title and then at the end when I was asking the lady About each document I was signing she had no idea what they were. She just merely read the title of each document to me as if I couldn’t read I would not recommend this place as they have no idea what they’re doing and they’re just signing papers. Cross references my review on their yelp. They probably deleted this off their Google review so I’m gonna keep posting this so it stays here
