Jax are the best in town for tyres. As a female with 4x4s it's hard to find someone who won't oversell you stuff or treat you as if you know nothing, never had that problem with these guys. Service is always excellent. Staff treat me with respect. My vehicles are always handled with care. Staff know their tyres well and make good recommendations based on what you're looking for. Couldn't ask for a better tyre service, highly recommend.
Great customer service. Well priced tyres. I was a walk in (Saturday morning) and they were able to accommodate me by fitting two tyres in less than 30 mins. High recommend. Thank you for helping me out. 👍🏼
👎 to JAX tyre. Took the wife's car in to get 4 new tyres (had a flat 3 days before so flat tyre in the boot, spare on the car). Wife was told the spare tyre would be put back under the car where it belongs. It was left in the back of the car. I went to put it away to find the spare tyre mechanism was wrecked. I called and was told that they were ment to tell me it was already broken (was fine when I lowered and wound back up). Very disappointed that they obviously noticed and couldn't even give us the news and refuse to take accountability or fix the issue. Can't say I've given a bad review before. We won't be back and I'd suggest you go elsewhere.
