Great experience at this urgent care! Everyone was friendly and professional, and I was seen quickly. A special shoutout to Kristian Gilbert at the front desk she was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend. 😊

Kristin Gilbert is so Amazing. I was in line waiting check in and she was very professional and very very friendly. She took her time to help out an older man check in through his phone as he was having trouble. After she was done she was very helpful and polite with myself. I would definitely come to AFC Urgent care

I fell on Saturday 6/20/2026 around 6 AM while walking my dog. I injured my knee. It was very painful walking back home. I remembered there was an AFC Urgent Care nearby on Wallisville Rd. I pre-registered online. My appointment was at 9AM. I arrived 8:45 AM. The receptionist was friendly and I was called very soon. The nurse practioner, Jill Conner was pleasant, listened and eager to help. I had an X-Ray and anti-inflammatory medication. My knee was stabilized with a ace bandage. They called my RX ahead and sent me on my way. I was pleased with how I was treated overall. I would recommend for an urgent unexpected situation.

Very rarely do I give a bad review. But came in due a sprained ankle. Was trying to be sure I didn't have a fracture it or have any major injuries. I was turned away. My company does not have workmans comp but I do have Blue Cross Blue Shield. They said either I file with company insurance or pay out of pocket. I did not like the response and was turned away, had to go to another facility. I went to HCA on the Beltway and they did treat me. Even after I told them about my insurance I was not seen. Never again will I return, glad I was able to find a place that could see me. I am open to a call or response to clarify this. But the experience is done and I am not satisfied. Cation to others, be prepared, I hope they can help but if not, do not be surprised. Update: I did receive a call and we did get a couple of things straightened out. I was surprised and felt good that they doonlok at reviews. In the future there is a process they do follow and it's a policy. I am glad I understand the process now, in the future I now know the steps needed to be taken. Thank you for clarifying any misunderstandings.

The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to treat our daughter. And also the intake nurse and front desk personnel were very helpful and respectful.
