The brunette receptionist was doing everything but helping. She was in the bathroom for 10 minutes, looked at us walked right past us and went out to go get fast food, disappeared another time for 10 minutes and was no help at all. The DOCTOR had to come out and greet us because she was not doing her job. I asked simple questions that an employee should know and she shrugged her shoulders and just said “I don’t know”. Don’t go here if you want “urgent” help. I wish 0 stars were an option.

I had gone for a visit Friday and it wasn’t completely awful just your typical urgent care visit with doctors and nurses not really caring just trying to rush you outta there. anyways i got tested negative for strep and i went to my family doctor Monday and got tested positive and a very bad strand. I kinda blew it off as maybe it was to early to tell until i took my fiancé there yesterday who obviously also has it told them his symptoms and that he’s around me 24/7 then after almost a hour wait our doctor (she was black and kinda on the bigger side, she didn’t tell us her name according to the discharge papers is Ruth) came in already with a attitude told him he was negative and tried rushing us out with no medication or shots and after we told her about me getting tested negative but actually positive and it’s obvious he has it, keep in mind we were being nice about it she just kept brushing us off and rushing us so i just asked if we could atleast get the shot and she wouldn’t cause it was “unnecessary”. i’m not one to write a bad review but this was outrageous and just awful.

Diana (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was absolutely amazing at the front desk she was so kind, welcoming, and professional! I came in with a severe migraine and a sore throat, and from the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel comfortable and well cared for. This was my first visit to AFC Urgent Care, and the entire staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate. I was especially impressed by how quickly and efficiently the team responded when another patient required immediate medical attention—they did not hesitate and brought him back right away. Everyone involved in my care was outstanding. If I ever need urgent care again, this will absolutely be my go-to location. I would highly recommend this facility.

The male nurse/assistant was amazing! He was professional, gentle, and knowledgeable. The doctor I saw was also great. Very positive experience and what you need when you aren’t feeling well and are anxious about doctors.

At the beginning of the school year they offered a special on sports physicals. It seemed like a good deal. 8 months later I find out they stored my credit card information off of the tap to pay transaction, and just tried to charge $100s in fees without my knowledge or consent. The local workers were kind and I'm sure are great people, but the corporate business model is a scam. Don't trust them. Don't do business with them.
