The staff was welcoming and patient. I completed my check-in online and was finished in around 30 minutes, without feeling rushed. The doctor was detailed in their examination and showed genuine concern. I would surely recommend this urgent care center.

I recently visited CareNow Urgent Care with one of my residents - and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming. A special thank you to MA Chimere, who handled out visit with exceptional care and compassion. Chimere was attentive, patient, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She took the time to listen to my residents concerns, explained everything clearly, and treated them with genuine kindness and respect. It’s not often you come across someone who truly goes above and beyond to make patients feel cared for, but Chimere did exactly that. The level of professionalism and empathy she showed made our visit much less stressful, and I left feeling confident that I was in good hands.
