⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't thank NextCare Urgent Care in Nassau Bay enough! After being sick for over a week and not getting any better, I decided to come in for a second opinion. They took the time to evaluate me thoroughly, correctly diagnosed me with walking pneumonia, and got me started on the proper treatment. They also reviewed the medication I had previously been prescribed by my primary care doctor and explained why it wasn't treating my condition. I truly appreciated that they took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure I understood my diagnosis and treatment plan. I especially want to recognize the wonderful doctor who treated me. She was an older lady who was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. She listened to me, took my concerns seriously, and because of her thorough evaluation, my walking pneumonia was finally diagnosed. I am so grateful for her and the exceptional care she provided. I'll admit, I used to think these small urgent care clinics weren't as good as seeing a primary care physician. This experience completely changed my opinion. The care I received at NextCare Urgent Care was more thorough, more informative, and ultimately more effective than the care I received from my own primary care doctor. They found the problem, explained everything to me, and got me on the right treatment. Within a short time, I finally began feeling better. If you're looking for an urgent care that truly listens, takes the time to get the diagnosis right, and genuinely cares about its patients, I highly recommend NextCare Urgent Care in Nassau Bay. They made all the difference for me!

Amazing staff! The receptionist was great since the very moment we made contact, I first called the office to inquire about the services and she was in point, answered all my questions and helped me to schedule an appointment. Once we got there, she was very patient and continued to provide excellent care throughout our stay.

Excellent service, care after an eye injury. After a brick to my windshield on I45 with glass shards all over me and in my eyes, I headed to the closest urgent care. Having had great experiences at the Hwy 87 Victoria location over the years, I sought this clinic. The staff was careful to see me quickly, I completed my online checkin, and was promptly taken back to the exam room. The PA was thorough, ordering a vison check, using dye to see all the abrasions in each eye, followed by several saline irrigation treatments, reevaluated each eye, noting where the abrasions were for me to talk to my local eye doctor next day, and faxed order for asap treatment. She wrote out a script, explained after-treatment that evening, including how abrasions can lead to infections. The PA was very knowledgeable, supportive, asking questions, and explaining my case. Having had multiple eye injuries with projectiles to the cornea and conjunctiva resulting in eye infections, I knew I was receiving excellent care. The staff were amazing. Nurse Madison was so patient and kind. Nurse Practitioner Janice was very informative and concerned with my issues. Madison even called me the next day to check on me. I would definitely recommend others to this facility.

Excellent care by the staff there. Everyone was friendly and professional. Once there got right in with minimal wait time and my issue was taken care of. Appreciate their professionalism and timely treatment!
