Professional Salon, with mature staff. The salon had a distinct heavy chemical smell which is probably very unhealthy to work in. The service was acceptable, however flexibility for extras like a 3rd coat of polish were rejected. Customer service for the elderly was top notch.

The color selection alone was impressive. I spent several minutes comparing shades, and the technician helped narrow down the options based on what I liked. The recommendation ended up being perfect, and I've received compliments from coworkers all week.

Great place to get your nails done at a salon that's been here as long as I can remember and I've been going there since I was a kid and it's been my favorite since. The manager is the nicest and treats me kindly. Unlike other salons I've been treated not too kindly due to I am wheelchair-bound and it will not fit under the table completely so a lot more than none have been very disrespectful to me over not being able to reach across the table as a person sitting in a normal chair would have been able to do! But this place Venus is awesome I get treated with nothing but mad respect and feel comfortable and my nails get done nicely the way that I wanted!

Arrived a few minutes late & they could have not been nicer. Offered me a bottle of cold water & got me seated. Kim was expert at my gel manicure , meticulous with my cuticles, and very sweet. Lynn is adorable! She ran around the shop with a calm and kind personality, picking out the perfect nail color for my toes. The service, cleanliness, and atmosphere are absolutely lovely. Can’t wait to come back!

What a great place! Both folks working were friendly and engaging. The salon was clean and welcoming. Lynn did a thorough and beautiful job on my feet. Can’t wait to go again!
