Water damage hit our home when our water heater leaked. Our plumber with Abacus Plumbing suggested we call the guys at BIONIC. We were taken great care of and they removed our fear of using out insurance for the damages. Thank you to Jesus and Andre. We also worked with John Michael and he handled all the repairs. The team at Bionic is fantastic to work with.
I was out of town when one of our pipes began to leak. My wife was home and had to deal with the whole mess by herself. Our Bionic Project Supervisor, Tristan Rodriguez made the process easy to understand and walked my wife through the whole process to where she was comfortable. He explained options to her and even did a conference call with me so we could make the right decisions for us and our situation. He even arrived quickly to the house while the plumbers were just wrapping up the repair. I met Tristan when he came back to pick up the fans and dehumidifiers days later. I let him know then how grateful I was and still am. That when I couldn't be there; Bionic and Tristan treated my family fairly, honestly, and with integrity.
Jerry Anderson and his team did a great job, arriving on a Sunday after a burst water pipe flooded our living room, kitchen, laundry and hallway. At first I thought, “how could this leak travel so far?”, but it left water stains and algae 7” high inside my kitchen cabinets, once they were torn out and I could see the damage. Getting Bionics there was a good call for their water mitigation service.
We experienced a leak in the middle of the night and our plumber recommended this company. They came out at 3:30 am and immediately started to remove the water and dry our home. Bionic was a life saver. Fantastic job!
Jesus was wonderful and handled our bathroom water damage quickly! He communicated daily and was always willing to answer my questions. We are very thankful and would recommend him to family and friends.
