My family had an exceptional experience with Precision Restoration. They did an amazing job—so professional, fast, and incredibly thoughtful and considerate during a very difficult and sensitive time. They went above and beyond, communicated very well, and built credibility and trust with us from day one. They even were able to come out and evaluate the situation on a Sunday within an hour of calling. They explained everything that was needed and that would be done thoroughly, and followed through with all their commitments to us. They were understanding and were as flexible as possible working around our unpredictable schedule. They even left the spaces better than when they arrived! Precision Restoration saved the day after a recent air conditioning water problem in the attic. Naudy was awesome by arriving promptly after hours and actively started helping us mitigate the damage. He came prepared with the fans needed to dry everything out and got to work immediately. He provided details of what needed to happen in a way that we completely understood. After getting multiple quotes, we made the decision to go with Precision for the demo of the affected ceiling as well. We came to this decision due to their fair pricing and overall professionalism. Naudy was easy to reach during this process and came every day to check on the drying process. As for the demo, they did a fantastic job by sectioning of the specific area which reduced excessive sheet rock dust in the house. The team was quick, precise and very tidy with their work. They came in like a BOSS! When finished, they did a great job cleaning up. Every single member of their team was top notch. What they quoted was accurate and even came in slightly less at the end. From start to finish, we had a great experience working with Precision Restoration of Texas to renovate our builder-grade master bathroom into a space we can enjoy for years to come. We met with several construction crews to obtain quotes and received various time frames back in December 2025. Ultimately, we selected Precision Restoration because of their attention to detail and the timeline they promised for project completion. The renovation took a total of 5 weeks, one week longer than anticipated due to delays in the arrival of some items like the tub and glass, which were not their fault. We also added a few additional projects, including installing sub-flooring in our above-garage attic and creating a new access point with pull-down stairs. I would like to highlight that Livia, the Project Manager, was instrumental in keeping everything on schedule and running smoothly. She ensured that all workers were clear on their tasks and maintained constant communication, updating us on expected completions throughout the project. If we have any other projects in the future, we would definitely hire Precision Restoration of Texas again.

Thank you to Precision Restoration of Texas. They did a fantastic job on my house flood. Appreciate all the help drying out the house after water break in the master bathroom. The same day we met they were ready to start work & place all heaters in place and then start the drying process. The next thing was removing furniture and removing all damaged flooring and damaged wood. They also provided a construction crew to start repairs in all the rooms that were affected. All in all it was a great experience and very satisfied with the end result. They also did an excellent job with working with insurance. Awesome job! Thank you very much. I highly recommend Precision Restoration. Thanks to Race and Lucas for their dedicated work and their team. Much appreciated.
