Rapid Remediation inspected and restored mold damage in a bedroom wall caused by a roof leak. I got several estimates for this project but Andrew give us the impressive quote which helps our budget, easy to get in touch with and returned calls quickly. He is a very professional and punctual inspector, used a thermal detector to locate moisture without charging a separate fee. The demolition and restoration crews worked efficiently and neatly. We contacted Rapid Remediation due to having mold form inside our bedroom wall resulting from a leak coming from poor work done by a remodeling job on our home before we purchased and moved in. From the start we were pleased with the concern we did have from Andrew to understand what we needed to get this repaired. The crews that handled the different phases of tear down, removal and restoration of our walls were skilled in each job. We are also pleased with the proposal we received and accepted to get the job done. Michelle in the office was also very helpful to coordinate arrangements between us and Andrew.
