We recently had a water leak at one of our rental properties and needed help quickly. From the very beginning, Wendi at Rapid Response Remediation took charge and was with me every step of the way. Water damage is not something most of us deal with every day, and it can be stressful trying to understand what is happening and what needs to be done. Wendi was always available for a phone call, explained everything in plain English, kept me updated on any changes, and made sure I understood the process from start to finish. I never felt like I was left wondering what was going on. Jesus was our technician, and he couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. He was professional, courteous, and always willing to answer questions. It was obvious that he cared about doing the job properly and making a difficult situation easier for us. The entire team showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and kept us informed throughout the project. When you’re dealing with something as disruptive as water damage, having people you can trust makes all the difference. Both Tiffany and Joseph helped us navigate an unexpected bathroom remodel with great insight, expertise and helpfulness. The teams brought in to do the work not only did a fantastic job but treated our homes and us with utmost respect. Our master bathroom turned out beautifully and we could not be more pleased.

Great experience with Rapid Response Remediation. Naseem was outstanding — responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and never tried to oversell unnecessary work, which was a refreshing change from past experiences I’ve had with other companies. Professional Review: There were some hiccups with the first contractor assigned to my project, but eventually the company sent another team—and they truly saved the day. Because of the issues caused by the initial contractor, I cannot give a full 5‑star rating. However, I am giving 4 stars because Joseph and Tiffany stepped in with professionalism, understanding, and genuine care. They made up for the previous contractor’s mistakes in every way. Their courtesy, diligence, and commitment to doing things the right way really stood out. As long as Joseph and Tiffany remain on the payroll, I will gladly recommend this company’s services to anyone. And Fernando is one in a million. I sincerely appreciate their hard work and honesty. They were a gift, and their efforts meant a great deal to me.
