Thank you Servpro for helping out when my kitchen was damaged. The refrigerator decided to leak on Cinco de Mayo and soaked the floor. Within the next couple of weeks, they had my old floor out, everything dried, and a new floor put in. Wesley and Mick on the water side were great and William and Richard had the new floor down in less than a day once it was ready. Dealing with insurance isn't always easy, but it was nice to have support through the whole process.
The Servpro team visited my home for four days. The interior of the home needed a cleaning for general health and safety reasons. The Servpro team arrived on time and early each morning (8:00 AM). Multiple days they did not leave until 5:30 to 6:00 PM. They focused on their work and they did not watch the clock. They were friendly, cooperative, and concerned. Maribel, the team leader, told me that she and the team enjoyed working to restore and improve each location they visited. The account representative Allen West was congenial and easy to work with. He toured the home with me initially to develop an estimate. He also visited the site multiple times while the job was ongoing. I do believe that these employees were interested in achieving high-quality results. The work was professional, and the ladies in the office were also excellent. I recommend this company, and I would not hesitate to call on them again.
We are extremely satisfied with the services that we received from Servpro following an emergency event. Jerry Johnson came out on the night of our emergency (which also just happened to be a rainy Friday night before a holiday weekend). Jerry arrived on the scene FAST and he put our minds at ease with his calm demeanor and level of expertise. Jerry really is a true expert in his field, and he went above and beyond to ensure that our emergency was adequately addressed and he even answered a late night call for follow-up questions and concerns. Jerry is a top notch individual and you can tell that he genuinely cares about providing the best possible services to his customers. We required additional follow-up work that was done a few days after our emergency event, and we became even more impressed with Servpro during each interaction with every member of their staff who assisted us. Jerry, Gerald, and Josh did outstanding work on the follow up, and we were very satisfied with the quality of services provided and their all-around professionalism. We are VERY impressed with the Servpro organization as a whole, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs their services. We can not say enough good things about Servpro.
Alex and his partner are terrific!! Extremely friendly, efficient and highly experienced with their work. The Servpro team was with us every step of the way. Their customer care team checked in with us often to make sure we were satisfied during the mitigation process. Alex and his crewmate constantly stayed in contact with me on arrival times and setup/take down. So very pleased with this team!!!
Jerry and Jerald from ServPro Cleaning Services did an excellent job repairing my water-damaged basement. They were professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they left the space clean and looking great. I highly recommend them—job very well done!
