Outstanding experience with Watershed Plumbing. They were professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the work efficiently with great attention to detail. Pricing was fair, communication was excellent, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. It’s hard to find reliable companies these days, but Watershed Plumbing absolutely delivered. I was fortunate enough to be referred to this gentleman from another contractor who told me that Mike will be able to not only find the source of the leak in my toilet but to remedy it and replace the toilet. When he found the damage was extensive, he did the follow-up after the area was dried out appropriately and returned to install the toilet. He also noticed that my sink was chipped and damaged, he⁷ replaced that as well and the price was reasonable!!! I referred him to a long time friend who speaks volumes of the expertise and fairness and the pricing!!
