Western Fence Supply is honestly the best that there is. They have two shops open - one is Fort Myers & the other in Port Charlotte. Both shops have a large showroom showcasing their products and the hardware. This really helped me out in choosing my fencing as I would like to feel the product physically before I purchase the product. Also the young ladies in the office helped me out as they are really knowledgeable, one and her other coworker have been there for 5 years which tells me that the company really cares about their staff. The pricing was completely more superb compared to other suppliers locally who offer more thin pvc but charge a higher cost. I really enjoy the staff as they are friendly with one another and to yourself so they help you feel more like at an outing with your friends. Currently they are decorated for Halloween and offer you candy!! The dispatch area is always a bit full but the Manager is making sure to keep the customers taken care of and having the place organized. Definitely recommending to my family and neighbors to this place.
Western has been amazing over the years, I consider Juan and his team a true partner and not just a supplier. They're constantly adding new products and improving their services. I would highly recommend giving them a try!
I interacted with Thaina via phone, via email, and in person, and found the service to be professional and courteous throughout. All my questions were answered promptly and to my satisfaction. I also visited the facility in person to inspect the panels I was buying and make a payment via credit card, and everyone was friendly and helpful. They even let me bring my large rescue dog inside because it was very hot outside.
I needed to add a door on a slope to my metal fence, so I went to western fence supply and joshlyn helped me out. She was excellent, great customer service and personality. She knew exactly what I needed, set me up with all the hardware, got the door fabricated and called me the minute.It was ready.
Jennifer and Dania always take great care of me. Also the man who runs western (Juan). Is a great man and always goes above and beyond. The whole team is fantastic. Can’t recommend enough.
